Everest Pharmaceuticals Ltd. operates on the principles of WHO cGMP & ICH Guidelines. The plant is equipped with modern equipment. The manufacturing areas of both facilities are prepared for oral solid dosage manufacturing. Oral liquid dosage forms &Cephalosporins are manufactured at renowned contract manufacturing GMP sites. The manufacturing area is designed with Pressure Differential and Air Changes to prevent cross-contamination. Ceilings and walls are constructed with polyurethane sandwich panels covering both the roof and floor. All of the production areas including the change rooms are self-leveling epoxy painted.

Everest Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has two fully independent manufacturing facilities with separate material handling systems, HVAC systems, Purified water systems, QC microbiology laboratory, and Product development laboratory. General Product Facility is dedicated for manufacturing oral solid dosage forms of generic drugs, and Oncology Product Facility is dedicated for manufacturing Oncology Products.
